Need help coming up with a DJ name

I'm trying to get a DJ business off the ground but I'm at a total loss as to what to call it or myself. I need something catchy. Anyone got any suggestions? I'll take all the help I can get. I don't want it to sound cheesy if I can help it.

mine on WPLJ is youtubeneil, because i do all the un-official youtube video's for the station whenever a big event occurs.. you gotta use play's on stuff you like, or your job...

Well my music library starts in the 80s and includes everything up to the present. I DJ the dances for the high school my wife teaches at, and I'd also like to do weddings.

Guess who pays for DJ services? Boring adults. Use a boring adult name that doesn't make you sound like an idiot drug-addled house dj. DJ Etc… which is not good for making money from other boring adults.

None of those names are exciting, and they're not cheesy. They're normal… and that's what you want to seem when you're selling DJ services. Why? Because DJing means that you're going to be at ONE-TIME events… you have to be seen as really reliable. DJ's have a bad reputation of being weird, flaky idiots… deserved or not, they have that rep. I often find that any time a DJ comes up, everyone kind of groans about selecting one…. when that should be the FUN part of setting up an event. Unfortunately it's not. The more normal, professional, and reliable you make yourself sound, the more calls you'll get. That's the FIRST and more important hurdle. You gotta get called. If you wanna do weddings and schools, try to sound like you're serious about your "business" and not just your lifestyle.. You'll be glad you did.

Mahuti does have a good point. If you're not DJing at nightclubs and trendy events, you don't need the trendiest name. Just something a bit playful, perhaps. How about something "Once in a Lifetime DJ Services" or "Ye Olde DJ Services".
