    EA King Grayskull / Spirit of Hordak refund? And Cyber Monday lockout?

    Did anyone receive their shipping refund for the early access King Grayskull / Spirit of Hordak stuff up? Anyone heard anything about it?

    It's been 2 weeks, so I emailed customer service. The reply I got said that I don't get any refunds because I purchased them separately and had to pay for 2 shippings. I've emailed them a link to the first post because it seems they are unaware of what Scott promised, so I'm curious about other customers.

    Also, whatever transpired from Scott investigating the international lockout from Cyber Monday? The only thing I can find was this:

    So it wasn't DRs fault? Figures sold out too fast? Pretty sure that's BS coz the figures that didn't sell out were still unavailable.

    Of course it wasn't DR's fault, it's never DR's fault.
    All of us Internationals were obviously mistaken. Never mind the evidence to the contrary, we Internationals were either making it all up, or we were all simply too darn slow...




    But I do have to say that was awesome of Scott to offer the free shipping for the KG screw up. DR actually following through is another story though.

    No, it's not DR's fault, it's the fans for expecting too much. Like the site to function properly.

    But apparently the site was functioning properly. :snicker:
    We Internationals were just slow... even if some U.S. customers bought those same "sold out" items after they were declared "currently not available" for us Internationals, it doesn't matter, we're way of base as the site was functioning properly for everyone all along.

    Scott can say you can get a refund, DR will not process one without making a few calls and speaking to a manager....

    I got a response after emailing customer service the link and a refund of the shipping is processing as we speak.

    Still curious to know if anybody else bought these items and was entitled to a refund. Did you get a refund automatically or had to chase it up like myself?
