Bought my Power Pass! It's an hour and half to two hour drive from my sister's house. But it should be worth the drive.

I know I've said it before, but this time I MEAN IT: I'm not getting a booth! This one will be ALL pleasure and NO business!

An excellent suggestion, were it not for the fact that it is he that has much to teach me!

Just a quick note for those who have not bought airline tickets (especially those from the NE). Air fare is extremely reasonable right now. I just bought round trip from Hartford to L.A. for under $250. Might want to check things out if you've been waiting for a good week to buy!
IT'S TIME FOR MOTUC TO GO GREEN … INCLUDE THE TWIGGETS IN 2015!!!

I'll be getting the "Warrior" shirt, just have to decide on color.

I'm happy to see that they are being made available in larger sizes. I was not able to wear my "witch" aka Evil-Lyn shirt last year because it was too small.

If I remember correctly from last year the reveals at Power Con were much more meaningful (at least to this collector) than anything seen at SDCC. It had been a really rough year, with the 2013 sub barely squeaking by and fandom in general in a tumultuous state, so seeing the reveals and learning about the proposed Grayskull sub really set things right. Yes, Power Con is a little slice of heaven.

Not sure if I'll be able to make it this year- as coming in from out of town and the various expenses after a very full year of activities may make it impossible- but I'd love to go again!

And I gotta say... seeing our very own (French?) MOTUC board member who cosplay's at every con as Mo-Lar The Eternian Dentist was both energizing and disturbing. Seeing those white, white legs against furry shorty shorts and on a man no less is an experience you'll tell the grandchildren about! He's obviously got a lot of passion for this hobby and I applaud his efforts. Probably where the "energized" part comes from. His passion is infectious. So for those who can't wait to see this up close and in person, don't deny yourself!

    TOM COOK
Tom Cook was an animator on Filmation’s He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and She-Ra Princess of Power.

    SHANNON ERIC DENTON

artist on the 2002 He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series from

Those are definitely some cool shirt designs, but as a TMNT fan I must point out that Raph does not and cannot store his sai on the back of his shell like it is portrayed in that shirt.

The shirts are all just derivative designs. Try to think of them more as symbology than anything.
