Just put him together. After re-watching Dan's video, I definitely think there is something wrong with mine. The peg at the top of the stomach piece is not straight but rotated a bit so his upper body neck piece does not sit straight. I also ordered Lioncourt's for him - as far as I can tell his has the same problem (unless I am missing something obvious).

I'm in the same boat, man. The only response I can get is:
Seven operational business days after they confirmed a UPS return label would be generated for me within 48 hours. We are still actively working to resolve your case. We will continue to keep you updated until a resolution has been achieved.
EDIT: Well, just heard back:
This might be finally getting me somewhere. More than likely though, it's just another, "Hurry up and wait."We apologize for the issue that you encountered. We have already set your request to high priority. Please allow our support team to get in touch with you.

Hi :-)
Mine Granamyr arrived today :-)
I did the Hair Dryer job on all joints and so on, the only problem I had was the one leg and the tail, I think it was because I head it to much with the hair dryer, but after it cooled of a little it all worked great.
Im very happy with this because im from Denmark, so 80USD on a figure that was broken is not funny at all.
I have not moved the arms, legs, and tail very much, but it looks like they works fine :-)
He will also only be display not a toy, but I realy look forward to show him to my 3 year old daughter, she loves He-Man :-) we see the cartoon allmost every day :-)

Good old Granamyr and I enjoy a beer after the assembly job was done :-)

I wouldn't know anything about anything... I was one of the "lucky" ones who ordered and was shipped by the 18th... and the red SOB still sits in "Fishers, IN". I was estimated to have delivery no later than 12/31. I know the holidays, but COME ON. Pay top dollar for shipping and wait longer than practically any other shipping method.
I am NOT happy with Mattel at the moment.
Usually I don't find fault with them, and think some of the items complained about on the boards here trivial, (totally my opinion that I never vocalize), but this is getting stupid with these shipping waits with Newgistics.
Is there any other orger that has received a shipping label but no actual movement from their December order? I'm assuming this was done by Matty to get their 2012 money before 2013. That's a load of crap if they've charged me and sent me nothing.was this how it was last year when stuff was delayed?
On the new ToyBreak, they have the right arm issue after assembling him( min 34:00): http://www.toybreak.com/episodes/244/index.php
Only one of anybody.
You wanna know why there are only 15? Because people like me don't bother posting pics. Mine has issues. I will not post pics. What has it ever done in the past, other than waste my time? Also, I know of at least one other broken Granny from a guy who does not even go on any forums like this. To have 15 pics from a VERY SMALL community like this is actually HUGE.
I have to agree with this statement. I have yet to receive my Granamyr, but I am very worried. Over on the Matty forums Scott's answer seems to be repeating that the problem is how vocal some posters are rather than a real problem with the figure. I sure hope he is right, but still, I can't be sure until I get my own figure to make an assessment.
With all due respect, you're actively weakening the case against defective plastic/design. If too many people do the same as you, then the rest of us who have taken the time to post pics (which doesn't take much time at all) are being cut off at the knees because of inaction on the part of others. I certainly hope that you re-consider posting a picture of your defective granamyr. If enough people post to show that it's a problem and Scott refuses to recognize it as such, then it's on him; if you and others simply refuse to participate, it's now on you. You're not hurting Scott what-so-ever; in fact your helping him out. You are however, hurting the rest of us fans who bought this very expensive figure in the cases where it has broken, and who are actively seeking to show the problem in hopes that something will be done to rectify the situation.
Looking for a reasonable price for Fangman and maybe king He-man and Strobo.
Well, after saving enough spare money, I ordered him today. Hope all goes well.
Hold on, what Mattel is going to do to rectify the situation if people posted thousands of pics, re-produce Granamyr with better QC?! You know that's not going to happen, they already told you/us return him and you'll get another one or a refund (if any). The best they could do is say sorry, next time we'll do our best to do a better job, the same old broken record...
Epic Metal music rules the universe.
I'm not speculating on what they will or will not do, I'm saying that if the fans do not speak up, then whatever chance we have of them doing anything at all, will be shot down by fellow fans who are not speaking up. If Mattel does nothing then shame on them. If the fans do nothing, then shame on us.

My granamyr just arrived, I let him come to room tempature and then used the hair dryer on him.
My granamyr is perfect!!!
My left arm is real tight, but moves just fine. My only complaint is my shipping box was opened when it arrived,it was stamped with " received unsealed". Perhaps matty ran low on tape because of it being needed on the hoverboard.
Any guys, check all pieces first, warm him up,the blow dry and add the chest to torso last.
I hope you all out there have luck like mine.
Of course I have no idea where he is going,I keep my motuc collection closed. Oh well....maybe with my hobbit figures for now.
Comedian on the matty forums.
The active .org posters aren't representative of the total collector fanbase.
Apathetic fans who don't post pictures aren't helping matters any. All it tells Mattel is that only a relatively few Granamyrs were flawed, not say half the production run, or even a quarter. Mattel would think a few overzealous fans are blowing things out of proportion.
The fans are defeating themselves here, not Mattel.
