    OMG! These are Alcalaliciously Amazing!!!

These make me want to reread all my old mini-comics, right now!
Great work man, seriously. I especially love that Stratos and forgot
about the Alcala take on him. What a great idea for jetpack-less
Stratoses! Are those neck feathers like a necklace, or are they
    adhered to the buck???

    Wow! Great custom collection!
I think that you have done a really good painting job, but not only painting!
    My favorites are:
your Beast-man that seems more Bestial than the original! Good!
    Stratos, magnificently detailed and painted
the Ice Hacker is fantastic figure (maybe I would have changed hands); I love the colors you used!
and the Kex Queen... Wow! Amazing!! Which material you used to do the armor? And which head did you modify (or rescuplt)? Fantastic, really fantastic!
I love to see custom pictures and yours are so beautiful!

    Wow thanks all very much.

The Head of the kex Queen is The alternate Teela head the One that comes with the snake armor. Sculpted her Funny pyramid head and painted the eyes new.
For the armor i cutt out some shoulder pieces from
Some Cape . Maybe grayskull , don't Know it anymore ^^. the rest is sculpted.

Whoaaa! Amazing stuff here! Just LOVE the Kex Queen, but my absolute favorite is the Palace Guard. Amazing choice of parts and the killer paint job just makes it even more perfect. This is such a great collection. I really like that you actually made an entire collection of these, including figures nobody else ever made. Brilliant!

*slow clap* Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Now THESE are the variants I wana see! These are the most nostalgic versions of the characters for me; I poured over those minicomics SO MUCH back in the day. It's really too bad that Filmation is the most recognized version of He-Man, or we might have gotten some more stuff from the minicomics.

Holy, cow these are beautiful!!! Friggin perfection, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Your paints are just flawless man. You must really take your time on these, I love all the minor detailing you put into them, for example the extra booting on Skeletors feet.
Welcome to the boards, I am really looking forward to more customs from you!

Thanks so much . Because such amazing customes and ideas from you He-Mike and so many others i looked often to that Forum. Figures like blizzlor or Hans-some (with that awesome German Name hans 'lol') are priceless cool ideas and i had to make One of my own.

These alcala guys indeed took me a Lot of Time and i started at the announcement of Demoman and the skeletor Head. Thanks to evilmike's Great custom weapons i started to make the whole Family ^^

THis is the first time i have been genuinely excited about "repaints" and "variants" you do such a great job of capturing the image in the pictures, without cutting corners, but where you can cut corners, you seem to make the right choices (using BC head)

great great great thread. you do a really amazing job.
