    Fuerza-T to offset costs?

I was watching Pixel Dan's video for Camo Kahn and it got me thinking about the figures still wanted, which have a decent amount of new parts. That could be intimidating for Mattel, since those parts need to be sculpted and molded and produced for the first time.

But Fuerza-T is NOTHING but reused parts, and I know a lot of people have been asking for them.

So what would you guys say to a Fuerza-T subscription line to generate sales on parts already made? Would you get it if it meant we would also get The more unique sculpts, like Granita? And would you do a subscription if it was half Fuerza-T and half unique sculpts?

I would be for a parts reuse wave. Although Fuerza T might pose some problems. I say do the recently revealed repaints from Errol McCarthy's work.

Honestly, the more I think about it, I probably would sign up for something like this. I always thought about picking up the originals but never did, or making customs but again never did. So I think I would sub up for this especially if I thought it would help the line.

I would certainly be up for these as I've always liked 'em but I doubt they'd garner enough interest for a sub. I do think they'd be ideal for convention exclusives, or something by Super 7.

Count me in for these wacky figures in MOTUC. Mattel did that DC Universe Super Powers Riddler in the Green Lantern mold. I could see them doing these.

Count me in for Fuerza-T in MOTUC!

I think some of those would make great Power-Con exclusives, as an example.

    Hoping Power-Con returns in 2017!

Yeah, I'd rather see Errol's artwork come to life since it is more official.

There are some great customs aswell!
Press down on dragon's head. It sprays enemies with a jet of water!
Press down on a camera's shutter release. It will take pictures that tell stories!

Not really interested. So many official figures left. And as far as reused parts, there are so many more official MOTUC variants that take priority over a knock off line.
    TOP WANTS:

SONGSTER, LODAR, EVIL ROBOT, SAGITAR, HAWKE, UNCLE MONTORK & DREE-ELLE, TUVAR, BADDHRA, KARG

    This isn't a popularity contest.
Fuerza-T are simple repaints with alternate, existing parts.
NA figures would need new parts, so they're off the table for Powercon exclusives.

I'd be all for it. I wouldn't mind new characters designed by the Horsemen either. Draego Man is one of my favorite figures and he fits in perfectly. Why not?

Why not? If they don't have a big enough following they won't sell. That's the excuse we hear on NA, so is Fuerza-T popular enough to sell?

I would be in for Fuerza-T. But I'm not familiar with Errol McCarthy's work mentioned above.
Here is a link to discussion of some of the unproduced characters.

Yes but almost all new MOTUC figures require new molds for SOMEthing. Fuerza-T is literally ALL reuse, even heads. So the cost is drastically reduced, allowing it to be dispersed elsewhere.

Tuvar and Baddra are two others that have no new parts needed. But that's just an aside to my main point.

Didn't know these existed! Actually Top Toys was the official licensee for the original MOTU figures back in the 80s, so I can see where these came from.

WOW, I was unaware of the line. Bast Man and Mer Man look really cool. Not too sure about the green hair He Man with the blue goatee but I'd be down for some weirdo villain figures.
