    Trap-Jaw as a sailor (vintage)

Gonna take better pictures soon (these were made with my phone) but I'm quite excited about how my latest project came out. It's Trap-Jaw in his sailor disguise, as seen in the Filmation cartoon in the episode The Ancient Mirror of Avathar.
Sculpted a beard, a bandana, new clothes... Also, the arm has room for attachments. Right now I only have one painted pink, but the claw also fits, along with some of Roboto's attachments.

Here he is, along with screenshots from the episode:

as said, better pics soon! Right now the triangle on his chest looks grey, while in fact it IS purple...

    *edit* as promised, better pics:

    You have been busy!
Another great one, awsome sculpting and colours/paintjob. also the character itself is a great find, Trap-Jaw pirate rocks.

Only thing is the sculp above the waist is dead acurate awsome. Then under the waist the boots seem to stock Trap-Jaw, it's not like you can't do the sculp so just wandering about that. But on the other hand we just had Sean Connery in thigh high boots and that was enough for this year!
Nope.... nothing here! Just a link to my site http://motumulder.webklik.nl/page/fotoalbum with customs!

Indeed, we had that! And Ican never ever unsee that...
As for the boots, I quite liked using Trap-Jaws original legs for that as they are more or less thigh high boots anyway. But I get your point. Maybe I'll go back to this figure in a couple of months and give him cartoon accurate boots!
