I don't know if anyone's bothered to do this, but I was bored, so here is a stab at cataloging the reuse of body parts in the vintage toy line. I only went to 1985 because I don't really care about any of the toys after that, with only one or two exceptions. I also didn't catalog reused weapon/armor sculpts, but I might do that later. If someone has already done this I'll feel foolish.
If I've miscategorized or missed something, please feel free to correct this list.

By the ancients!!!
When it comes to She-ra Princess of Power characters, FILMATION is the way to go!.
Just in case, are you the original owner?, were you the one who took the figure out of its blister?.

Fisto, Jitsu and Ninjor have the same torso, different from all other figures. It is more flattened then regular with bigger flat surfaces on the places where the arms should be attached. All 3 use the same torso because of the spring-loaded right arm. That's why Jitsu and Fisto have bigger deltoids on their arms than other figures, while Ninjor has regular (Skeletor) arms so when you look at the figure without clothe, the flat surface around the shoulders is very obvious.
I've tried this with my figures after my friend told me that he couldn't put Jistu armor on Randor, but not sure is it working for all variants...but it seems that Fisto and Clamp Champ has visually the same removable armor, also Jistu and King Randor, but they ARE DIFFERENT. You can't put Fisto armor or Jistu armor on figures with regular torso (as those of Clamp Champ and King Randor) because they are made with more flattened chest and their armor only fits to them even if the same sculpt was reused for two other figures, it's not completely the same.
Also don't forget that there are Thunder punch He-Man legs (they have bigger feet than regular) which were used for Spikor, Faker II in most common figure variants. The same mold of Thunder Punch he-Man legs was used for French figures with rubber boots: He-Man, Battle Armor He-Man, Man-At-Arms, Fisto, TriKlops and Jitsu (I saw only these figures with rubber boots).
There are also Skletor legs with big feet, made for Dragon Blaster Skeletor Hong Kong and Mexico (DB Skeletor Mexico was made in two variants, with big and with regular feet).
These legs were made for Dragon Blaster Skeletor, but they were reused for regular Skeletor Hong Kong, Ninjor and Scare Glow (but there is also Spanish Scare Glow with regular small feet).
NO, they both have unique both arms.
Clamp Champ and King Randor should be placed here:
He-Man Legs
He-Man Arm(s)
He-Man Torso
They both have the same right arms too, only gloves (they are separate parts) are different.
Spikor has both arms unique

Thank you for this! I didn't have the energy to even try to catalog Horde parts or weapons. Awesome!
