Does this Rammy look like he was resealed? I'm thinking it has to be, but would appreciate any opinions. There is white tracing pretty evenly around, then more messy towards the top. It does seem like he is pushing pretty hard against the back of the card as it bulges out a little more than i've seen on other guys.

I think it looks sealed still.
It would be really hard to open it and reseal it and make it look like that.
In Midwinter, the heat from the oven baking my Shrinky Dinks is all I need!
