Spongebob and Fairly Odd Parents are on my list. In fact out of 15 toons listed only 1/3 are action/adventure/superheroes because I actually prefer crazy, wacky, insane and nutty toons

I get that. I had to get Kim an iPad Mini for Christmas this year because our four-year old Max long ago commandeered her iPad. When Max was three we got a call checking to see if Kim really wanted to buy $175 worth of 'coins'. Turned out Max had 'bought' them. The caller laughed, said it happens once or twice a month, reversed the charges and suggested Kim have a talk with Max.

Platinum made me realize I need to put Dinosaur Train on my list. My children love that series and who, having watched it, can ever get the theme song out of their head? Dinosaurs and family values. It doesn't get much better than that.

I'm forced to watch Callilou, Super Why, and several other PBS/Sprout shows, but I still wouldn't consider them favorites. Tolerable would be a better word for me. I'm letting my 4 year old watch some of the retro cartoons in my DVD collection and he seems to be enjoying them.

I'm assuming the word "toon" encompasses all forms of animation...

Although not something she ever desired to list as an achievement, my Kim can recite line-for-line the complete dialog from every Spongebob episode.

I'd list the richly deserved accolades this little bundle of (almost) untrammelled loveliness picked up during it's all too brief run but A.Life's too short and B.The Internet Movie Database has already done that...

The only possible black mark, (if the reports are true), this .orger could possibly give it is that someone saw fit to bookend the U.S. version with some minor celeb' (the name escapes me for now) speaking down to the audience.

Thankfully, us Brits were spared this act of cultural vandalism...
