Wow I now just realised how expensive this year is going to be for international customers.

So my two Netossa's cost $50.00 dollars each? Before shipping

Something isn't right I didn't get a notice before this shipping notice to say my sub was renewing, I'm going to ring my CC company now to see the exact amount taken.

Don't worry, quotes in the mails are wrong but it seems that they're taking the correct amount from the card.
This is the E-mail I received this morning:

According to this mail, I'm paying $35.85 for Netossa, $28.85 for Saint Walker and the total of 35.85+28.85+21.70 (shipping) is $119.70 instead of 86.40.

In the "My Subscriptions" page has anyone found out how to change the shipping "type" yet? I was looking at the page and saw shipping address and payment info, but I could not find anywhere to change shipping method.

OH MY ****ING GOD!!!!!!! They sent my package to the wrong address AGAIN!!! And now, UPS won't even let me pay the $5 to change the shipping address. This is seriously ******* me off. I have called many times, emailed many times, I even updated the My Subscriptions page and STILL they **** it up!!! I am sick of these *****************!!!!

I too was looking for that feature. I Had chosen second day but that seems wasteful considering mine shipped after others already had theirs I'm not paying for it anymore. If anyone figures out how to change it please let us all know.

EDIT: Just called the credit card company - actual charges were only for the three clubs above, and that was all - I don't know why they charged the card three times, but at least that lunatic total wasn't real!!!

So they're really bad at math now, too. Never mind those figure prices already including tax and their chunk of the shipping cost, but their total is $29.32 off from what that total actually comes up to. Fortunately, I've been charged the correct amount. They just charged me $35.34 on Wednesday and $35.34 on Thursday.

I had the same issue. Invoice showed a charge of over $250 for what should be more like $130. Matty, please stop defending AND stop using Digital River. They CAN NOT get it right.

The invoice we are getting is the same as when we signed up during summer 2012. The pre-authorised amount was $25 (for King He-Man) and $25 for the January figure (Netossa). We were charged for King He-Man last year, but not for Netossa. Your basically paying now the remainder owed on that invoice ($25 for Netossa + shipping/taxes)

The invoices are correct (as they include the King He-Man charge from last year that we have already paid) Your card should only be charged for the January figure plus shipping

This is just terrible. I'm very sorry to hear that. Looks like when you do things yourself without calling works better than calling this hideous and very incompetent customer service!
If this happens to you again next month, just cancel the sub and go to the secondary market or DoS. Maybe a little more expensive but surely a lot more reliable...

this is my first year subscribing and after I got the same Urgent Notice and then after reading all these posts I just do not care enough to reinstate the Sub. DRiver has truly ********* things up so many times that I prefer to go outside MC.com to buy what I want. Less headaches.
