Opinions of value on these two items?

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if I could get some opinions on the relative value of two MOTU things I got recently. I know the real value of something is "whatever you can get for it" but I'm curious about these and I think I got good deals through patience and scouring various sites. I then had them AFAed.

Ninjor - AFA 85
Blast Attack - AFA 85

I never had either as a kid so was thrilled to add them to my adult collection.

All opinions are appreciated! These are NOT for sale, I'm basically just curious.

Ninjor can go between $650-$1,000 depending on the day. Blast Attak goes for about $600

I knew you'd have an idea, Aeolus! Wow, that is higher than I had thought. Cool though! They are proudly displayed with my other AFAs, though some of the others are considerably lower! Two Bad AFA60 and Rio Blast AFA70 I'm looking at you!

Though I think 70 is a good rating for Rio since he has that righteous 70's-era stache.

It also depends on the card whether it be a first edition ( NEW! ) or second edition ( blank ) usually first editions go for more money, but the ninjor without NEW! I think is more sought after.

I'll have to double check at home but I think the Ninjor does have the NEW! and Blast-Attak does not.

Just checked and the Blast-Attak also has the NEW! on it and is unpunched. Wonder what that does to the value?

An AFA 85 Ninjor is hard to find these days.... I remember when i was chasing one of these in a AFA 85 and it was hard work , so well done my friend....

Thanks! Strangely, I might be more proud of the Blast Attak only because it was a bit of a tougher find. Plus, he's unpunched.

Now I just need to get more older stuff...

i guess i was lucky.. i picked up an AFA 85 ninjor last year from my buddy at Brian's Toys, who has since left the company.. along with my business

anyways he sold it to me for 200 bucks... it was an amazing deal..

just luck... but the best find for me was a rare two pack Skeletor and Screetch MISB ruff box but still nice.. on Canadian Box for 10.00 .. yep 10 bucks.. then my Buddy Yan from France!!! purchased it from me... with a price i could not resist as i'm not a 2 pack or 3 Pack collector it was easier to let go then my AFA's
