I'm going to say it... FM might be my fav fig right now. As long as his quality is just as good when I get him, he may be at the top of my list. This is a fig I won't mind paying 25 for!!!

I swear I saw somewhere FM used that thing as a slingshot. I just watched his episode 2 day ago- I guess it wasn't there...

So who is everyone giving their Sword of Ancients to? King Grayskull, Vikor, SLL?

    Thanks for the Review Dan.

This figure is excellent. He's my most anticipated of all revealed figures so far this year.

The sculpting of the shirt looks very impressive.

Between this, The Fwoosh review, and the packaged photos on Matty's facebook, I'm quite excited to receive this figure in March. I used to have little to no interest in this one- it didn't exactly rock my world when it was revealed last summer- but now, seeing as he came out really really good, and none of the accessories ended up on the chopping block, I have to say I'm pretty pumped! Love that his colors did not get muted down, too.
I know I sound like a broken record here, but my only disappointment is that there is this much detail and all these nice little paint apps on a figure like Fang Man- but not Netossa or Frosta. I wish they would put as much effort into the gals as they do the guys!

I'll admit that my interest in this line has sort of plateaued. This review of this figure has totally zapped some excitement back. Bring on the Fang Man!

Yes! that is the episode! But seems that this is some kind of "force field weapon" to control the slaves. It is a bit longer but is definitely the same weapon

Well 3 people are the only one's to notice that.....

I'd say I'd give that to Strong Arm for his weapon.....

I agree with you that Frosta was a let down, but I think Netossa came out great, one of the best female figs. She does need another weapon tho!

Thx again PD I don't know how in the world someone could not like this figure and not think it's worth what were paying for it (go to any brick store and look at the price of SW or Gi Joes 3 3/4" that are $10). I REALLY hope the news at New York Toy Fair this year is an add on Filmation Sub to get more figures like this one.

Great review Dan. While I'm not a fan of the character and still think the face is too cartoony despite the details, I can't deny how engenius the design of this figure and how they've been able to get a whole new body shape just by using the neck piece and tunic.

Dan I'd love to see a shot of Fang Man next to Skeletor sporting your Kevin Kosse Filmation Skeletor head
