Who is the rarest classics figure?

Besides any king grayskull, who in your opinion is the hardest and or most expensive, rarest figure??

I would say (in no order) Shadow Weaver, Teela and SacreGlow. I don't know who's actually the rarest, but those three are probably the most sought after.

I think it would be fisto or teela from the monthly releases but the sub exclusives and sdcc exclusives would probably be made in smaller runs

Teela is now the only figure I haven't been able to track down. I'd be interested in knowing how rare people think Tri-Klops and Whiplash are too.

Teela is the most rare and expensive for the regular figures. Fisto comes right behind her as rare due to the shoddy shipping of DR to subscribers. Shadow Weaver is the most expensive, but not really rare as she can be found readily on eBay with a $100+ price tag. Teela will only become even harder to come across because of TG's announcement that she is "gone for good" and that they will likely not do anymore reissues. Doing a quick check on eBay, it looks like Whiplash and Tri-klops' supply is running thin. Then again, how many peope on the boards are willing to give theirs up? I'd pretty much conclude that anything early 2011 and earlier would be considered "rare" based on secondary market supply.

That's technically incorrect. She is as of now the rarest produced MOTUC figure, as in less were made of her than any previous figure. She will be #2 once King He-man is released.

I know you mean to find on the secondary market, but in terms of how many are out there - she is the rarest until King He-man comes around.

Bronze King Grayskull would be the the most rare, not limited to under 25 wouldn't it? Pretty sure there's less of him then Teela, Fisto and any SDCC figure

The spirit version I believe only had 2 real versions....and they I believe went to Mattel employees or something....that part I don't remember the details as to who they went to....but I do remember reading there were only 2 made.

There are a ton of KO versions, that look almost identical....but they are not official.

And I have seen that Silver She-Ra....now that she was brought up.

i have the red-eyed He-man moc. Mine was delivered w/ beast-man dec 12th 2008 and neither one even had the hang tabs put on the back of the card. they didn't start putting those on until later.
if people are that picky about considering those a package variation, they are pretty rare.

I think Teela and Shadow Weaver, for sure. They're both going for absurd prices. Weaver isn't really "rare" per se, but I think she soon will be. I think Teela definitely is, though. There’s clearly something about Teela. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the 200x figure of her pretty rare, too?

"Rarest" figures are Silver Chrome She-Ra (only 2) and Spirit of Grayskull.... Both of these are near impossible for the average collector to obtain as they were promo-type figures.
