Oh you're right, I'm thinking of Boushh (Leia's RotJ bounty hunter disguise). Bossk is a little better at least but Han in Stormtrooper disguise is boring (this line's version of MOTU reuse though). By nothing I meant as regards Leia and her iconic white dress, not nothing from ANH in the wave (though again, that's one of the least interesting ANH options they could have offered IMO).

    Edit: Nevermind, you got it.

I think you might be mixing up Bossk:

That's hating?! Absolutely no hate was directed at actual Boskk. I stand by wanting ANH Leia, Emperor, and General Lando before Boushh. I'm not saying not to make Boushh, or even that I wouldn't buy a Boushh, like some may have said of prequel characters.

I am ALL FOR the prequel characters NOT being made. But that's just me.

By the way, in case you didn't know, The Emperor has been confirmed to be coming soon.

My local Target has had the same figures (maybe six Greedo's and six Leia's) sitting there for I don't know how many months. Kind of alarming to see those sitting there for such an extended period of time.

The Emperor can't show up soon enough.

The only ones I ever see in stores if I see anything are Han, Greedo, Leia, or X-Wing Luke (though that's probably the same Luke I've seen several times now). But I confess, I look in the toy sections very rarely now.

I only see Slave Leia and Greedo in stores. I've seen Han, X-wing Luke, R2-D2, and Sandtrooper once each.

I'm loving all of these, though I'll likely pass on the second (black-pauldron) sandtrooper. Bossk will be a great figure; he's also in ROTJ at Jabba's Palace with Dengar.

Just for fun, and since you are all waiting to see, here's my current most-wanted Top 10 for these:

    1) Leia: Boushh Disguise
    2) Lando Calrissian (TESB)
    3) General Grievous
    4) Battle Droid
    5) Padme (Geonosis)
    6) Jar Jar (TPM) (Really!)
    7) Jango Fett
    8) Leia (ANH)
    9) Luke (ANH)
    10) Hammerhead (Yeah, hammerhead. Not "Momaw Nadon.")
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

Has anyone watched commanderbacara198's review of the new 3 3/4 inch Yoda?

I have never seen this guy give anything that was even close to a negative review. But he really ripped on Yoda.

Do any reviewers ever give negative reviews, in general?

That's way too off topic to even discuss in this thread.

But CommanderB really doesn't even have a voice/style that allows for it.
He always sounds like he's doing an infomercial, heh.

I think it's a problem with americans in general, that. You don't ever get any scathing reviews, or hardly ever, from American people. There's this whole preoccupation with being 'positive' (even on boards like these)' and a general veneer of politeness that does get in the way of proper reviewing.

Well, a lot of reviewers are also collectors. You buy what you will most likely like. Also, the goal of many reviewers is to pile up subscribers. Putting down a product is not necessarily a good way to do that.

    But back on topic..

I don't see myself getting a 6-inch Vader at this point (if one can even be found).
I suddenly find myself with a whole bunch of POTF2 Vader's. Some of them
look good. I think these will have to do.

Here is the Walgreen's Exclusive Boba Fett in white prototype armor. Comes out on August 27th.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
    For my unconquerable soul.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.

At least they didn't package him in a 2-pack with the first version.
That's what Neca and Mattel would have done, heh.

No, Mattel would have packaged him with Greedo or Slave Leia.

Or else they would have gone to an unrelated franchise. Maybe a Max Steele/star wars crossover pack.

    Ha! Exactly.

Though that Han and Greedo set does come with some disposable cardboard set pieces guaranteed to cause frustration and disappointment. Who can say no to that?

Marvel Legends and Black series, since both are made by Hasbro and owned by Disney.

Max Steel being a Mattel property probably won't happen.

We will also see black series 3 3/4 figures with G.I. Joes next.

Actually if this was Mattel they would make this an online store exclusive that would randomly appear throughout the year with no rhyme or reason and unrelated to any other products being posted on the site.

To be fair, Hasbro has some 2-pack/multipack 'issues' of its own. Most of them seem to be centered around the MU line. I'm not sure why. I'm guessing whoever is in charge of that line is incompetent.

It's funny, the GI Joe line was like the best figures I picked up from Hasbro in the past 6 months. I got tons of them at Five Below and even the H.I.S.S Tank at a Ross. Very nice figures. And they came with a ton of extras.
