2013 Sub - Keeping vs Chucking. Who's keeping what from this year's sub?

I can't imagine what figure from this line I would want to liquidate. I'm a 4H fan and a MOTU fan, so I'm in for it all. All the prototypes look great and I plan to keep all of the figures. I do wonder about those saying they will definitely get rid of this one or that one. Are you 100% certain? I've read many a post from folks who were totally turned around on a character once they had the figure in hand.

Jitsu - Keeping but want to replace his head with less of a 200X style head.
Fang Man - Keeping the accessories. Using the body for parts.
King He Man - Undecided:Selling...or using for custom parts.
Snake Face - Keeping
Fighting Foe Men - Keeping
Karatti - Keeping
Octavia - Selling or using for custom parts.
Clamp Champ - Keeping
New Adventures He Man - Keeping
Geldor - Reserving judgment until I see him.

Inevitably I can't make these kinds of proclamations this early in the year as I nearly always change my mind once I have them in hand. For instance, I was so sure Castle Grayskull Man was going to be the most awesome figure since sliced Wonderbread, but he's actually already packaged up and put away. And other figures I was prepped to be underwhelmed by have really surprised me in how they've risen to the top of my 'adore' list- like Netossa. So, who knows for sure which figures will make the cut and which will simply be... cut. Right now I'm edging towards Karatti as being the only for certain 'no keep' for me. But I may get him in hand and love him, so rinse and repeat for all the rest.

I have 1 sub and I'm keeping everything from it. I like some characters more than others, and a few fall under the category of figures that could have "lived without" if they hadn't been made, but they all look cool.

For the most part there's nothing revealed so far that I plan to buy multiples of, though. Sometimes I will buy a duplicate of a figure for customization, mixing and matching parts, or if they come with two heads (and I actually want to display them both), but so far there aren't any. To my knowledge Ram-Man is the only character with more than 1 head that's even coming out so far, and I really don't care much for his helmet-less head.

I actually wouldn't mind getting two of the blue hooded guy from the Fighting Foe Men 3-pack (to display one as part of the Horde, and to display the other with the other emblem), but there's no way in hell that I'm buying an entire extra pack of all 3 figures just for that. At least not at full price. If anyone splits up their packs in the market place and/or on ebay.... or if eventually the packs are going super cheap on the secondary market (like what happened with the Star Sisters), then I might consider it.

yeah, never liked him. I have a buddy that has a sub and asked me if i wanted his Ram-Man because he absolutely hates him. I'll keep mine but he'll be outta sight from my main display.

I can appreciate some people not liking Ram Man. The original toy is a bit weird and he's always been represented as a dimwit in the cartoons so it makes sense that there might be some backlash, kind of like Orko being such a klutz.

I bought a sub again to save the line...but all I am keeping is :

Jitsu / RAM MAN / Snake Face / Octavia / Clamp Champ everything else will be selling...

...of the "NYTF 10" the only one I would sell is Raz / Broom...I would keep the other 9...
