I don't have a sub (yeah, big surprise), but if I did, I would keep Ram Man and Octavia and sell the rest.

Keeping them all.
Most Wanted MOTU Classics:
*MotU ~ Modulok/Two Bad *PoP ~ Angella/Glimmer *200X ~ Roboto/Calix *Filmation ~ Teela Na/Lord Masque
*Play-Sets ~ Snake Mountain/Fright Zone *Vehicles ~ Jet Sled/Land Shark *Beasts ~ Stridor/Night Stalker
I'm keeping everything, but NA He-Man is staying in the white mailer and will be used to stand other, far superior figures on. No interest in him, at all
I survived the 2013 sub ordeal!
"We achieved the impossible, and that makes us MIGHTY" (Mal Reynolds, captain of Serenity)
For the normal 3 subs I bought for my personal collection, I am keeping them all. Most of the extras are hitting evilbayI've been pleasantly suprised by how fast my Netossa extras have been selling, although I am taking a small loss on them.
I'm keeping everything from my one sub. Anyone wanna sell me a king he-man?
10 Most Wanted MOTUC's: Two Bad, Lord Dactys, Ninjor, Modulok, Snake Armor He-Man, Plundor, Sagitar, Flogg, Quake, Strong Arm
I bought two subs and intend on keeping it all; one to display and one to keep MOC.
I'm going to (try to) sell Netossa, Karatti and Octavia.

I got one sub, and I am keeping everything that comes my way.
Keeping all of them!
"I summon forth the portal to the terrible dimension of Despondos!"
I'm keeping everything that has been revealed except for the Fighting Foe Men.
I'm keeping everything. I thought about dumping Netossa and Fighting Foe Men, but once I got Netossa in hand I had to keep her. Hopefully the same for FFM. Each new reveal has got me more pumped and glad that I subbed.
I have one sub and i will DOS any figure with a second head in case i want to display both at the same time - They are all great figures regardless if i have a nostalgic connection with them or not. I dont even know who dekker is but i still have 2 of him as well.
I'm def not 100% sure, no way. I too have been won over by the most random of figures. I'm actually looking to get back a Vykron after getting the Power and Honor book. HATED that figure at first, tossed it around, then gave it to a friends son. I even had the images and information. not sure what happened.
Also might pick up a Gygor (sp?) just for kicks now that he's like a dollar.
Good point though. For me, just anticipation. And I'm maybe 95% accurate at predicting what I'll like at the time. After the fact, or a year later though... whole different story. Sometimes I grow to hate, sometimes I feel like I missed out.
I'm 100% about everyone that I already set up a trade with. I know who I want in my collection and who I don't. There are characters that I have no use/need for and am very happy to trade them off for the ones that I do. Netossa did nothing for me, even in hand, Clamp Champ doesn't exit in my personal cannon, either does NA He-man, Geldor has never been a character I wanted, and Karatti is NA and I as I mentioned, not in my cannon.....so to answer your question....YES. Why then did I subscribe? I drank the Kool-aid about the line ending if we didn't.

keeping everyone so far. ill wager ill keep everything on principal but the only character i dont like (though keeping) is netossa
Well i gave up my sub this year after taking a huge loss to move some figures on last year, but i am purchasing the figures through a friend this year and the ones i'm buying are Ram Man,Jitsu,King He-man,Snake face and Clamp champ the rest i'll be passing on,especially the NA figures.
I'm keeping everything! Some of the cruddy barbarians bore me but they're all part of the same mythos and have their place.
That's a fair point and my mind can typically change either way. Some figures I have a change of heart and keep, others I have a change of heart and get rid of.
I sub to support the line, but I collect the figures who fit the story I create. I do enjoy the original mini-comics, cartoons, MYP, & the MOTUC bios but the figures are avatars of my imagination. However, if a figure doesn't fit the theme I see a group having or has a design that I would not want/cast/approve in my "make believe" cartoon series then that is not a character I will keep.

Ask not for whom MOTUC is made, it's made for thee.
Agree 100%. I honestly don't care how "cool" a figure is in person - if it's not part of the factions I am collecting, I am not going to keep it. My OCD will kick in otherwise and then I'll be completing NA, PoP etc. Honestly, don't have the space for going any wider than I have with my collection. The whole is greater than the parts for me.
Also, I drank the Kool Aid too. To make sure it went ahead - and to guarantee a Ram Man.
Even though I don't have the sub anymore, I am one of the people the sub was originally intended for before it became the caveman club used to bludgeon fans every August. I still pre-order every figure (I hesitated at Laserlot and Vykron, but eventually caved and got them). I have every MOTUC figure offered on Matty from day one. I'm the kind of fan that they want, who will buy it all. That DR was able to chase someone like me away shows just how badly Mattel chose when they put DR in charge.
Despite the ineptitude of DR, though, I will be getting everything offered this year, just like I have since KG was offered that first August...
"I will use this power for all the good that can be done, to work for peace, to encourage virtue, and above all, to preserve life in all its forms..." Superman
I can tell who I want from the reveals and reviews, sure some figures look better in person, but my mind is already set. I don't like NA, so I want no NA figures....not even He-Man. Netossa I still don't care care for, but I knew I wouldn't sell her easily or I could potentially take a loss on her....so I kept her, but the others I said are going, like Jitsu, I don't care for him, never had him, I have no attachments to him.
The only figure I ever changed my mind about once I got him in hand was Demo-Man, and that was more a color issue vs being a concept, but I wanted the Skeletor head, so I bought him....and once I got him I decided to keep him instead of selling him minus the head. And yes, I know I could have, I saw 2 go on Ebay without the head and loose for $18 - $20 just after his release.
The only figures at the moment I am unsure about are Octavia & Foe Men, I have to see reviews. Geldor is a MC character, and not one I remotely care for, so a no brainer he's gone.
Many may not be 100%, but I am, I know who I want in my collection and who I don't. I may rarely be turned by a figure at review time, but I've long decided before I get it in hand.
I do agree, I'm not collecting something just to say I have it, it's just not that important to me, this isn't the only line I collect, I only have love for certain Vintage characters, and that spread into what my 54 figure collection is now. And it now includes POP, MOTU, concept and a couple 200X based ideas (Stinkor's 200X parts, Buzz Off's insect appendages on his back, Griffin, Keldor....), But I have hard limits on my 200X likes, like I want almost none at all because I don't like 200X styling. But NA has no place in my collection.
A figure has to catch my eye, I can even like something 200X inspired, so long as it's not 200X styled, like Marzo. Carnivus is OK, but he's not overly appealing to me, I do like the head sculpt.
But I too pretty much subbed to guarantee Ram-Man, and to get King He-Man (I just want him because he's the exclusive and I want the map and comic, since I already have the other 3 MOTUC comics....I do have partial OCD when it comes to certain things....I just have to track down Wun-Dar's packaging and map, and PD He-Man's map.
Karatti for SALE! http://www.he-man.org/forums/boards/...28#post3261528
Recent....Foe Men & Karatti
Coming....Spirit of Hordak!!!
Wanted....Filmation Hordak & Clawful, Seahawk, Castaspella, Batros & Icer
Considering....Mosquitor, Leech
Needed....Dragstor, Mantenna,Two Bad & Attack Trak
Netossa - Traded for Teela!
Ram Man - Keeping
Jitsu - SUPER Keeping
Fang Man - Keeping, but I'm wishy washy.
King He Man - Keeping but planning on using for kitbashes
Snake Face - May sell, may scavenge for parts. I'm not collecting Snake Men. I'm turned off by them all for some reason. I don't know why; I loved them as a kid. But the only Snake Man I will have is Kobra Khan, unless I reach the end of the line and I'm bored.
Fighting Foe Men - Keeping, might even get two sets!
Karatti - Keeping, I like the space mutants as a small faction.
Octavia - Keeping. HORDE!!! My allergy to POP is overriden by my devotion to the Horde.
Clamp Champ - Keeping! Probably getting two, again for customs.
New Adventures He Man - Keeping, but renaming to "Primus". I don't want variants, but with a little imagination, he can be seen as a He-Man from another world named Primus, who battles with a Skeletor from another world named Nordor.
Geldor - Keeping, I voted for the duder!
Yes sirs, 2013 is a good year for yours truly.
So far, of everything announced, I am keeping one of each from my 4 subs (I went a little crazy to support the line), with the exception of FFM, for sure, whom I will be keeping 2 sets, displaying one set with their Horde chest pieces and one set with their non-Horde chest pieces. I haven't seen anyone else yet that truly warrants "double displaying"...
As far as things not announced yet, if we are in fact getting an army builder pack, I'm hanging on to all 4, probably... depends on the ability to display different looks, like Snake Men, who look really different just from changing heads and armor, and the Palace Guards.
I fully embrace all aspects of MOTUC, all factions & eras, things I had as a child & things that are totally new to me... this line is, in my opinion, just too cool to pick and choose, and nothing has disappointed me yet. Not to say everything is perfect, but nothing has been garbage, either.
