Gee, guys, I'm very happy with the comments from you!
Actually my castle will be the center of a scenario, it is just the beginning!
He is not yet fully ready, I'd say 5% missing trim!
Probably you have noticed that some gray appearing inside the window of the tower higher. Yeah, that will go away after done!
I had to make the castle to assemble / disassemble, it is VERY heavy! I still have to weigh piece by piece (there are 10 pieces - front, back, two sides, roof, dome, four towers, all trapped by internal screws). I believe he should weigh 100 pounds, maybe more!
In the next post I will explain how I did the painting, but for that I will not have photos because not registered WIP for this step!
Many thanks to all!
I do not know if this mass of carving exists in other countries. Probably exist, but it must have a name different from what we call here in Brazil (Biscuit or cold porcelain).
This is a mass that can even be produced at home, but a lot of work, so I'd rather buy that are made in factories.
It is cheap and it is not toxic, very soft and excellent to work, until it has a pleasant smell. It can be white or colored, but it makes no difference!
After drying, this mass is hard as stone and never ends!

To carve stones I had to develop a technique, because I found nothing on the internet about it.
I created a tool made with paper clips and tube pen to "draw" the grooves between the stones. My biggest problem was to give the right texture for an opinion even with stone.
I thought, thought, thought ..... until I came to the conclusion that it would use stone, like a "stamp" to give the right texture on the surface!
I tried the technique and really liked the result, then used it at all!
In the next post I will explain about the painting!
Sorry if there are any mistakes in what I write, I'm not very good with English
For the painting I used mostly vinyl paint with airbrush.
Doors and roofs, I used acrylic paint, the Tamiya, and painted with a brush.
I've prepared six different inks for the whole castle (black, two shades of gray, 3 shades of green). For doors, 2 shades of brown.
First of all I painted the ENTIRE castle with dark gray. So, I applied on the gray stones clear.
After that, the grooves of the stones and the most hidden parts I applied the color black. After drying, I started using the green colors.
Dark green to the edges of the stones, medium green following the center and at the end to give clear green "lighting". But always making sure that the parties were not completely covered gray.
The good vinyl paint is that it dries instantly, so I could finish each piece in a single day.
I managed to finish 3 pieces on the same day, noting that the castle is composed of 10 pieces.
After being part higher finished I started in the smallest details. First doors and roofs and finally the locks.
For the locks have also used acrylic paint, but the metal (metal gun and silver).
I also used real rust, which I produced with the oxidation of steel wool.
Well, for now I think it is. Any question that friends want to do, I'll be happy to answer!
At first I did not think about selling, but I can make a second, no problem!
Here in Brazil several people have asked me about it!
The problem that I see a number that big is transportation. I would have to send in parts and I'm afraid that something wrong happens with sending (you know, they are nothing careful).
I also need a good time to do another, I'd say somewhere around 1 year at least!
Thank you for your comments!

Once again I thank the compliments! I am very happy with the approval of all of you!
And I have to correct a mistake I made when I commented on the weight of the castle. There are 100 quilos = 220 pounds
Fantastic. Can I come to your house to play please? I will wipe my feet and be good and everything!
