That's Norwegian. And that green box is a VERY interesting one.
For comparison's sake, the Finnish versions of the same ones (back has the same images and descriptions in Finnish as the Norwegian ones):
So I was doing one of my MANY time-killing Google image searches for something unrelated surprisingly enough (it was retro VHS box art, around the 80s, they tend to look WAY cooler then the actual movie), anyway I was on what I think is either a Swedish or Finnish database of box art when I discovered some Filmation tapes, one having a new illustrated cover I've never seen before, kinda reminded me of the Sticker Album cover art..only that He-Man and Teela have the SAME face, kinda disturbing *ahem*.

And yeah the artist in question got pretty lazy there. Maybe they go to the same salon.
