Nope, it's a Cosmic Enforcer. Not sure who the CE is though.

I really liked the first two origin stories and I hope this one will atleast measure up to them.

'Bout time that a character outside of the 'usual suspects' gets an origin story.

I can't make out that character lying on the ground for the life of me. Both theories so far sound interesting though.

I like the picture; it looks like a new variant: Exploding Balls Hordak.

I would totally love it if the comic is in that Jack Kirby style! Etrigan hands! Kirby dots! New Gods-ish Enforcer! This gets all my love!

After two origin comics that were mostly unfinished scenes, I'd really prefer a sweeping overview with lots of cameos for this one. But whatever they do, I'll buy. I hope I can get that cover too.

Hate the other 2 origin comics so I'll be passing or at the very least not buying a copy. I really don't need some writer ruining one of my favorite MOTU characters. Sometimes, the less you know the better.

    From Twitter: ;-)

@BrianKeene Can DC & Mattel please consider doing an issue of MOTU with The Star Sisters? Preferably with designs based on the protos. :P

@JimTallstar I don't have much pull, but if I get an issue beyond this one, I can certainly pitch it. ;-)

I have enjoyed the new DC canon so far, so I am looking forward to this Hordak comic. Hopefully they will do an Origin of the Sorceress comic too!

Hmmm it actually seems cool from those first few panels. Have to see it all to know.

regardless, I am still not a fan of the "Giger" Hordak we have seen so far in the regular series.
It is spelled "Crita", not "Critta". Misspell her name and Crita will knock the "T" out of you!

    Also...get her into the line!

What the heck is an "overkill battalion?" They seem very fond of using it - the Horde apparently have them too - but does it actually have any meaning? None in any military setting I've ever come across, that's sure....

Killing is killing. It happens just the once. That's all.

    What's a Zodac? What's a Hordak? Relax.
