This is exactly what I was thinking, being that it was there with King He-Man and the Son of He-Man line has been whispered about for a while now.
It's for Bei-Bar. Evil Boyish Pop star of Eternia and son of Skeletor.
Being raised by Evil-Lyn, Jus-Tinor also craved power but learned that taking the crown of Eternia by force was folly. So he worked on his auto-tuning and lyric writing skills and became Bei-bar. He will brainwash the young women of Eternia, and thus also forcing the young men of Eternia to join in, and will eventually command the hearts of the young and demand He-man give up his crown. With the young people behind him, Skeletor's son will accomplish what his father never could.
Will come with Microphone sword and Autotuning helmet.
It does lend to the 200x Skeletor face shape no doubt.I was up in my attic the other day and was looking through my 200x stuff , hate to say it but looks like Ice armor Skeletor....

Thought the finish is kind of weird though... but the shape is very similar...
Still don't think that's it because the sculpt looks different. Straight lines versus curvy ones on the horns. Though I'd love a Fire Armor/Ice Armor Skeletor.

I also wonder if the whole fans won't be able to guess it is because it's some crossover piece or from another property mattel is adding into the line like Blackstar or something.
Aside from that I know the statement 'fans won't be able to guess' often just means they won't reach a consensus. Meaning it's less a fan or some fans won't figure it out but more the majority won't get behind it.

Just looks so much like the 200x Multi-Bot prototype head.....but the He-Ro type clear star type design lends to another character completely.

Looks like a NA She-Ra head piece to me.
First thing I thought was this is from a Filmation character because I've seen this mask somewhere before or at least something like it. Lord Masque came to mind but I don't think that's it after seeing him again. Isn't there an episode, "Masks of Power?" I sware I've seen this mask. I think it's more likely to be for a Filmation figure than a future Dare figure.
It's all about being polished when it counts!
I don't think I've seen anyone come close to what I think it is...

When you say mini-comic, are you referring to the old mini-comics or mini-comics in general? So could it be from a MOTUC mini? Or are you suggesting a new 'toon or other media may be coming and it is from that?? Maybe the DC comic?
I would love to see this be a helmet for NA She-Ra. It would be amazing if they modeled the rest of her costume after William Stouts proposed design for She-ra in the 87 movie. With all the talk of movie rights being acquired, maybe this might actually be a possibility ?

Maybe Marzo as an archenemy was the biggest thing to happen to Mekaneck, but as far as Marzo was concerned...it was Tuesday.
I like that idea too. The mask does have a bit of Horde Prime shape so I think that it would make sense to be with Light Hope since he would be the balance to Horde Prime in a sense.
The white Crossbow didn't change from white to silver for Mantenna, Cornboy said the white crossbow is still coming belongs to a character we havn't seen yet.
I notice you don't mention concept or prototype in there.
but most of my guesses that weren't silly were more trying to get people away from the idea of variants and known characters who may or may not have had a figure.
I think Scott avoided Dan on the subject because he didn't want to deal with backlash from vintage and filmation fans of a new character taking up a slot, when he gave the character a name no one had heard. I think the plan is to build hype, and then show the figure before giving a name.

Light Hope is a being of light, a living energy that doesn't need a material body. Why all this trying to anthropomorphize him/her/it (as if anthropomorphizing everyone else, including putting absurd mammary glands on the chests of female reptiloids, wasn't enough)?
