Ram Man and Jitsu arrival thread.

My Evil Wife just called and my Jitsu is at home waiting for me! I can't wait to free him and start the Hong Kong Fu action tonight.

Mattel has the rights to the movie characters that appeared in the vintage line: Gwildor, Blade, and Saurod. They don't though own the rights to characters that didn't appear in the vintage line like Karg and Lubic.

I really didn't mean to get a Ram Man. I intentionally didn't try to buy day of sale. But all the cool pics of Ram Man compelled me to spend too much for one on ebay. Also he was always one of my favorites as a kid. I figured it was either now or never.

This guy is so impressive in person. Just amazing.

I may be wrong but i believe Mattel can do Lubic as a character just not the movie version, since he appeared in other motu stories (star comics)

I think he means the black smudges of paint on top of his head. My Jitsu has it too and it looks like it's in the plastic somehow.

Jitsu looks great...no shadow...but I am still getting rid of him lol.

Still waiting here in Ontario, Canada to receive my Ram-Man and Jitsu... this time it's taking much longer than normal... fingers crossed that there's no problems...

What's the tracking telling you? I mean we are already receiving Fang Man and King He-Man. You may have to start notifying Matty right away, just in case.

I had mentioned that my Ram-Man had a weird glob of excess plastic or something on his shoulder. Finally decided to pull out my sculpting set and used a very sharp blade to slice off the mass. Worked pretty well.

I had so much fun posing and playing with guy outside for the review pictures. It's giving me a renewed love for these excellent toys!

They arrived yesterday.
This is how long it takes for me to get figures via normal mail if I miss my first payment :\

I just got Ram Man and oh my word he has to be the BEST figure so far!! I cannot believe how perfect this figure is... after all these years RAM MAN CAN WALK!!
He is so massive and heavy I just love picking this guy up and feeling the solidness of this figure!!! (wish I had a card back colour one now!!)

There might already be a thread about this, but I was curious if anyone has modified their Ram Man and added slits to his skirt. It seems easy enough to do, but
I could see it backfiring and looking crappy. It drives me nuts when characters' hip articulation is hindered by skirts-- must be a holdover from my
Star Wars collecting days. From what I've seen in reviews, Rammy isn't too bad, but could be improved.

I cut slits into my Ram-Mans skirt, it looks great and allows for much more movement.
