I have had animated avatars on here before so I know they can work but some reason they just don't seem to be working any more. Any time I try to upload one now the image remains static

strange. well it is working now, dunno why but every so often they just seem to stop working for me. Ones that are already on work fine, but a lot of them time if I try to upload one or link to one on the web (I check the sizes first) they become static on here.
Well at least it is working now and hopefully I won't have nay more trouble
