Over a year ago I came up with this concept for Snipe-Or, after I told some people about getting sniped in the last second on an EBAY auction. I made a bio for him, and everyone liked it. So fast forward over a year later, and some people asked me whatever happened to him so here he is. I even included a cool mini MOC Ram Man figure I painted too. Hope you enjoy the bio and figures. It is a MOC figure packed with a MOC figure!
