Poll : who owns an eternia

I dont know if that poll is allowed or ever been on the forum but i was wondering how many orgers own an eternia.
Please tell us if yours is complete or not and if not what misses. Which version. Loose or in box. If you own it from your childhood or bought it piece by piece or complete at once. The country where you live.
Or whatever information that could help.
Sorry but my english is not at its best. Dont hesitate to correct my grammar. :-)

I start. Loose one. Near complete (misses viper towers collar); bought piece by piece. Some parts in france (where i live) others from the netherlands, uk or US. Version with red canon. 2 versions of complete set of tracks. Original and repro.

Finally got this grail of a playset myself at the beginning of the year via ebay. Complete and in super nice shape. The original owner never even assembled the tracks together.

I have it mostly complete in great condition.
Still missing some little items like chains , the boulder, mono rail relase etc...have to replace some of the carts, as they are looking shabby and my track is broken, so gonna get a repo track asap.

I have a few of the parts laying around, and I plan to try to piece one together one piece at a time as money allows. This is the one playset I never had as a kid. I regret every day taking that blasted Tyco Turbo Hopper RC car instead of Eternia.

Loose complete with box bought in 1986, suburb of Chicago. It was one of the last MOTU pieces I bought. I could finally answer that question of "what would you do with all of the power in the universe?" Assemble it once on the dining room table and stare at it for weeks before mom yells at you to take it down. Been in the basement ever since. One of my favorite MOTU items though

I'm in the final stages of a negotiation to add a MIB Eternia to my collection. Deal is scheduled to go down this Saturday. Hopefully, I will be able to add to this poll next week!

I lucked out. It was not 3 blocks from my house on kijiji. It was in a large lot. The lot was 300. It was around 75% complete and I had to spend some time to find the rest of the parts. I am not ashamed to say I overpaid for some parts but I didn't have to find the windshield for the cannon that eludes so many owners of the set.
Parts I bought:
Repro track -100
Elevator and lift platform -80
Monorail motor -125 (eBay) yeah I know but I have never seen another one since and it works.
Drawbridge -10
All three monorail vehicles -50 combined
Keep in mind this a total cost and the elevator pole camefrom Texas and the shipping was pricey
So it was indeed expensive to finish what I have BUT It had everything but those listed above including all 5 original chains, flags, and the stickers were in very good shape.

Only parts I am missing are:
Jaw wrench
Track separator.

I am still looking for the wrench but only for a good price. I spent a lot on this one but to find one in Canada is very rare. I have been approached to sell it for 1000 and I just couldn't sell because I might never find another without spending 1200. I know it sounds insanely outrageous but that play set is extremely rare in the great white north.
The lion has yellow eyes and the laser cannon is red.
I have seen the blue eyes and the grey cannon. Was that a later release?

Thanks for your answer. I read that the color of the eyes or canon depends on where it has been produced (us or italy); am i wrong?

I have the yellow eyes and red cannon too, All stickers are great on mine also. Ive just bought the repo track so gonna have to hook it all out and see how it works. Like many others im still missing the monrail release,(little blue/green thing), small windshield, chains and the carts are shabby that i have so need better versions of those. Need the lazer gun the figure fits into and the boulder. There was a LOT on ebay with windshilds and little bits but it was £230 so had to pass. Maybe one day soon.

Loose set, mostly complete -- missing the windshield from the cannon, and the cannon and one of the griffons have some slight damage, as well as the monorail track. At the moment it's packed away as neatly as possible with most of my MOTU vehicles and vessels. Owned it since 1987, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

I have loose incomplete playset. Missing most of the smaller accessories but does have all the track pieces. It's the yellow eye/red cannon version. Have been trying to build it up slowly. Owned for about 3-4 years and purchased on local auction website here in New Zealand. This set was never sold at retail shops here back in the day.

I also put repro flags. I kept the original aside because they are not in good shape.

I believe he means, now that he has Eternia, he has all five of the Masters of the Universe playsets, not that he has five Eternia playsets.

Loose, incomplete, got it the year it was released for Christmas. it is incomplete now due to my dad throwing out a good chunk of my toys when he moved. he didn't throw away big items but the accessories weren't all with the big stuff. Going to restore it one day. I live in toronto Canada.
