I am usually pretty good at this stuff but I am stumped here.
Got these 4 figures with a ton of 80's MOTU stuff. So I am 99.9% sure these are from the 80's.
Looks like at least 3 of em arefrom the same line of action figures.
No markings at all anywhere on these guys.

The top right figure is from the Fantasy World line made by Soma in 1983. The character is called Piro.

As Tallstar said, the top right figure is Piro from 'Fantasy World' by Soma...
The other three are from 'Defenders of the Planets' by Sparkle Toy...the top left is Orion (brown hair variant), the low left is Canis Major and the low right is Zaardoom...
