i think i can answer my own ? the original leech came with the maroon one and the one with the NEW logo came with the maroon one

It is easier if you look at the country origin. The most common Leech figures are from Hong Kong (maroon bow, no country marks on figure or bow) and Mexico (red bow, figure is marked Mexico and bow is marked USA).

No hes right in the Us there was a maroon one which came with ? and the red one with Leech. I could never figure out what this came with. My is displayed with Dragstor since he and mantenna both came with gray crossbows. Anyone know

I'm in the US, and when I got Leech when I was a little dude back in the 80s he had a maroon bow. I still have him; if I get the chance to dig him out, I'll check the country stamp, though I'm pretty sure he's NOT from Mexico (I got a Mexico Leech later and the paint job on his head is way different).
