Not drinking soda, at least regular soda, is a very big difference maker. ocnsider this. You're on the treadmill for who knows how ling. You're sweating up a storm and burnt off about 200 calories. Well, that's ONE can of soda. Now if you didn't have that soda, those 200 calories would be burnt off the extra.
Anyways-advice from tiny guy that can't gain wait.....raisin bran, yogurt, and water.
