    Shipping fee in $650 for a figure?

    As title says, the item is from spain but i think is something unreal the shipping fee.

    I'm not sure what ebays current policy is on shipping. But as far as I know they can't take a percent from the shipping costs. So he's trying to make the most bang for his buck by getting most of his money free & clear.

    Yes, ebay now takes a percentage from shipping costs as well
