March 2013 Shipping Thread - (Extra for Shipping Free Map as Much as Full Figure)

My shipping to London will cost me $30.15 but according to 'Brady' and 'Marie' at MC, the Map weighs the same as Fang Man and March's order weighs more than Feb's order

For Ramm Man (larger figure) and Jitsu we international customers got charged $21.70 for shipping and now again for 2 figures we got charged $30 ???? $10 for the extra map????

, i thought at one stage they went on items and not weight but 2 maps extra shouldnt have extra charges. I have 2 subs but would be cheaper to have 2 seperate subs. $21.70 for 2 Netossa or $46.60 for 2 fang man and KHM, plus the 2 maps, so im paying an extra $3.30 to have my 2 subs ship together. Its supposed to be the other way isnt it

Ouch, just checked my invoice and it indeed is 30USD for shipping two figures and a map. Last year when I bought two figures DOS, the shipping was 9,95USD. The prize increase is 200%. I hope we'll get some clarification to this from TG soon.

Pre-Authorization charge for me... and they are SOCKING IT TO US on the shipping this month

So, tell me DR is not scamming on shipping, Charging $12 for 2 figures and 2 pieces of paper.... An invoice and the map.... DR's flat rate shipping is ********, utter ******** to say the least. Look how much money in shipping they're raking in this month alone for just mailing a 10X10 map along with 2 figures, which should only be $11.... Ram Man & Jitsu was like $1 less.

That's $1+ for everyone of how many subscribers (more for international)?

I was charged $25 UPS shipping 15 figures and 4 maps, seems reasonable to me? I combine shipping with 2 other subscribers (we have 4 MOTUC subs, 5 DCIE subs, and 2 Watchmen subs)

No, that came last year. This year's "free" map is Subternia.

I was also shocked when I saw the shipping this month. I paid $26 for Jitsu and oversized Ram-man (who have not arrived yet) and for this month they are charging $33 for two regular sized figures. What's going on there? I don't like this at all. I calulculated $14 in shipping per figure for my budgeting, and if I can't rely on that it's going to get difficult...

I love the line, but shipping is starting to really bite me.

This has happened in the past when Faceless One & BG Teela were released and they did nothing to fix it. Man, my patience with this line is getting weaker and weaker

I got charged $37.50. Doesn't seem too bad considering its for two figures.

Shipping is nuts these days. I bought a pair of shoes online that I had to return. It cost over 20 bucks for UPS.

Plus DR gotta get paid too. Does their cut come from the shipping and "handling" fees or is it built in to the cost of the figure? You can't forget that while they blow, they do provide a service which can't be free...
