How to remove mo-larr's robe safely, if possible.

I just got another mo-larr 2 pack. And I was gonna use the body for an extra had for like flipshot or bow or for a future head. But was wondering how to remove the jacket or robe safely of possible. Without cutting it.

Is the glue hard to get off the figure if it's on it.

I used a box knife to cut the glued part. I didn't cut the plastic, just between the glued sides. Then heat up the non-glued side under the right arm to make it softer (heat gun/hairdrier). Pop off his head, straighten out his right arm (maybe up a little), then pull him down & out of his jacket.

    hope this may help:

there are 3 tabs glued on the side, i cut off the plastic only for the one in the
middle (just 'cos it was more firmly glued on and i went lazy during the operation).
