    St Louis Comic Con

Well I'll be damned, finally a Con that I can drive to and avoid hotel costs.

    http://www.stltoday.com/lifestyles/c...09becce9f.html

Not a huge guest list at the moment, but not bad quality in my book.

Any local Orgers planning on going?
It is spelled "Crita", not "Critta". Misspell her name and Crita will knock the "T" out of you!

    Also...get her into the line!

This is the closest a Con has ever come to me. But I've not been impressed with Wizard conventions the past several years. I mean, Wizard World Chicago has really fallen from what it once was. But I do feel compelled to check this one out since it is so close to home. So I may pop in for at least a day.

It is only about 15 minutes away for me, so that is a huge plus. I would love it to succeed if for no other reason than it would be great to have a ongoing Con close by. Plus the guest list is pretty good for me. Love James Marsters, and you can't go wrong with Stan Lee and Lando!

Sorry for the late reply Icer, I've been super busy and haven't been online much. To answer your question we had a blast at the con, if I had read this before the con we totally could have hung out. I bought a few things such as castle grayskull man, who I didn't have yet. I also bought a vintage kobra khan, trap jaw, and moss man for parts because my kobra khan had loose legs, my trap jaw's neck was broken, and my moss man was all melty. I bought a few prints for friends and family, and bought myself a decent run of old amazing spider-man from issue 111-140. I also bought a voltron shirt, and a Skeletor glass. Oh and I drew a picture of James Hong as Lo Pan from big trouble in little china and got him to sign it, kinda bummed that he still made me pay like he was signing one of his photos, but at least mine is one of a kind. Then I was pretty much out of money. Had a good time though. What's the next show you plan on attending?
