Man-at-arms and Mekeneck, which belts came first?

After so many years of collecting, Im all mixed up! Man-at-arms grey belt and blue belt, which came first? And Mekeneck dark green belt and light green belt, which came first. I THINK it was MAA: blue then grey and Mek: dark then light, but I thought that someone might know for sure. Any help appreciated.
