    MotuC Female Hand Set

    Hey guys,

I'm working for some time on it and now I finished something I (and as far as I know some more collectors) wanted for some time. Here are my custom hands for female MotUC figures.
The hands are 3D-modeled and printed by Shapeways. I made 4 types of hands for both left and ride side. Spellcasting, claws, fists and hold-aloft. And as I bet you will want to ask this male hands are on their way, too.

Well....whoever did the NA He-Man "aloft" hand should have taken lessons, because it just plain sucks....these hands....are just awesome....Mattel should have done this, and made interchangeable hands....
Recent.... Arrow, Tung Lashor & Bow
    Coming.... Mermista
Wanted.... NA She-Ra, Double Mischief, Jitsu....
    Considering....
    Needed.... Dragstor

I ran across these on your shop this weekend and was so excited. Looking forward to giving Sorceress her spell casting hands.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I'm gonna order the "sword aloft" set--any tips on painting them? That kind of stuff is not in my talent set.

Fantastic work! I need some of the spell casters for Casta, Frosta and the Sorceress and the fists and aloft hands for She-Ra. At least. How tight are the pegs in the forearm sockets?

The best material by far is "white, strong and flexible - polished". I can really recommend that.

I normally use a grey undercoat and then mix the colors using citadel and vallejo colors. I can post the exact colors I used later on

The pegs are not too hard to slide in but they sit quite tight. I think I found a really good strenght for them.

I don't want to rip off any inner parts by pulling to hard on the hands. How do I get the hands off in a save way?

That's pretty good. Did you model the hands yourself?

Sorry that I forgot to reply to your question! For the skin color of She-Ra, Adora, Sorceress and Catra I mix Vallejo colors: Model Color "Arena Marron" Ref Nr. 70876 + Game Color Cadmium Skin Ref Nr. 72099. The Hands can be popped of if you warm them with a hair dryer. This worked really good and without damaging anything .

Sigh. Good grief those totally change the quality of the entire figure. I need a couple of those hands for She-ra, no doubt.

Very nice man! Those catra hands are just great, as well as the fisted hands. Nice work!
Are they made of a soft material?

Thanks, masterenglish! The shapeways material is a little bit flexible when the model is thin. Strong and flexible enough that you can hardly break it. But the hands are quite rigid because of relation of size and thickness.
