I don't want to be a dark cloud here but casting Mattel produced stuff is illegal. And I am pretty sure that imp is an "illegal" cast of a 3d printed custom as well.
Take a look at my deviantart. http://kaassouffle.deviantart.com/gallery/

Okay, the stand I can understand casting if you purchased the original and just want color options....not to sell. But isnt Imp a 3d file just printed through Shapeways? I thought those files were free for the taking if the original artist published them and they understand that. I dont see harm or foul on that type of casting. Evilmike puts tons of stuff out there just so we all have the opportunuty to have one.
    Darth Pardus

Classic Want list: Stinkor shield, Extendar, Snake Face, Snout Spout, Snake mountain bridge and net, Fright Fighter, Talon fighter radar dish, jetsled, tower tools, cliff climber, scuba attack, turbodactyl, bionatops, tyrantosaur, and Eternia

Stuff on Shapeways isn't free for the taking.. 3D artists put up there work and people who like the models can BUY a copy. Evil Mikes stuff has to be bought as well and Mike gets a percentage of what's sold through that site. There probably aren't any regulations to protect fan art like that but it's common sence imo to respect other peoples effort that they put into projects like this.
