What shipping option did you select for your 2014 Club Eternia Subscription?

What shipping option did you select for your 2014 Club Eternia Subscription?

I voted for the quarterly option to save money and because I usually tend to rotate my collection in months with more than one figure, but I am hesitant in selecting that option for worries about lack of stock (i.e. Fisto, Sorceress) and/or customer service issues regarding replacements. I have heard that stock will be held for subscribers and customer service stock made available specifically for the quarterly option. Also, a 3 month allocation of funds to come out all at once may be daunting and lead to spending a little bit knowing that I can repay my MOTUC loan back before the third month shipping date. I'm still leaning towards the monthly option since I tend to budget one or two months ahead of time for MOTUC.

So, how did you, my fellow orgers, select for shipping?

Monthly. I really don't trust Matty and DR enough to hold on to my figures for a couple months.

Not to put fear into anyone, but considering the fact that the QC issues pop up here and there and with the limited amount of cs stock especially with some not even being available for dos, give me mine the minute the are ready so I won't be disappointed when it's TOO LATE!

It will be monthly for me, I and my son enjoy arrival day too much not to.

But regardless, it's a rip off the new cheapest shipping will be $10.29....sorry, that's nothing but a rip off passing the buck from what the quarterly shippers will be saving to the monthly buyers so DR will be ripping us off....for the second year in a row.

In the end I went with monthly as well. Just too many reasons outweighed the quarterly option. Might try quarterly next year (2015) though....

you know, I am an idiot, because I chose Monthly.

Daddy need's his medicine. I know it's so much better, price wise. I am actually angry at myself.

But I just cant wait and only get them 4 times a year.

Nor do I trust Mattel (or do I mean Digital River?) Not to mess up the shipment somehow.

I chose quarterly. This stuff cost so much money that I have no problem saving around $55-60 over the course of the year on shipping. I like to think of myself as a big boy that I can wait for my toys.

I really wanted to choose the quarterly version to save on shipping, but I don't trust DR to deliver without making a mistake. So I went monthly.

I haven't purchased my subs yet, but when I do I will choose monthly for 2 reasons. (1) Because I am impatient and want them, now, Now, NOW. And (2) I don't trust Matty/DR to hold my figures for 3 months. I can see them sayings "Oops. Sorry. We ran out of stock."

I went with monthly. Sadly, I don't trust DR to hold onto them (and risk no replacement figures), and I just want those toys ASAP. While it's money down the drain, I guess money can't buy that feeling of ripping open that while mailer box each month.

    Every month!!!
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

Monthly as well. Don't trust DR on the quarterly option. And it really doesn't save that much money to justify it. But I'm a U.S. subscriber.

I went monthly. Even though it seems that DR has made some changes for the better, I still don't trust them to pull off the quarterly shipment option without issues.

I chose quarterly. As much as I would love to get a figure a month the shipping charges are killer. I just hope that there are no snafus. Fingers crossed!
