I was contemplating skeletor since texeira draws a mean ghost rider. But I remember he does draw great women too

Mark Texiera is one of my favorite artists out there, love his Pantha! My wish was to get Joe Jusko to do a Teela commission sketch for me, the one year he was at a convention close to where I lived, I made the terrible mistake to go there on Sunday the last day, and he was already booked solid when it came to commissions (I was a noob when it came to cons back then) on the final day
I never heard of Bella Rachlin but her Teela is beautifully colored, don't know why but there appears to be a little Scarlett Johansen in her facial features IMO. My only mild nit-pik is her hair, frames a little too evenly around her head when it should thin more down the sides, this makes me think of Princess Leia's hair buns like this. But then again one could easily trace paper her Cobra Headdress over that face (or via photoshop) as a possibility. But seeing your past commissions I'd say you're not a fan of that armor piece? Me neither, love her flame-red locks!
Visit my art page at: http://theblock.deviantart.com/ , if you like my work and have an account there to, feel free to fave or watch me, I could use the street cred !

My new chant: Lets go NA MARA, spike-flail pon-y-tail

Thanks, yeah not really a fan of the snake armor. Yeah most artists aren't familiar with teela,so most don't get her look right. But then again she has different looks. Yeah I found Bella on instagram, not an established artist, but like her work

Hence always good to have some reference images with ya, like how James carried Filmation model images of Teela at Cons to give to artists when doing any sketches/commissions there.

Ken has done a very nice bit of line work there! Hopefully we'll also see it in colour soon

Oh this is the final, no colors. Ken says he only does color on very tiny things or art trades
