New Fall TV shows. What are you lookin forward to?

Im always on the lookout for good shows. Much to my dismay there seems to be a lot of reality shows out there. *ick*

But this fall there is two that I am interested in. One is Dracula on NBC and I think Sleepy Hallow might be interesting, but I'm not 100% sold yet.

Are you looking forward to anything?

I haven't been excited about hockey since their strike. I've really lost interest in it. My bro played hockey for like 10 years, so I grew up with it, but lately eh, I just can't do it. Although, football season is starting, so thats nice.

I'm looking forward to the Agents of SHIELD series, and I've seen some promos for a series based on Sleepy Hollow that looks interesting. Haven't heard of much else so far. I think there's supposed to be a spin-off of Once upon a Time based on Wonderland (or maybe Neverland), but, again, not up on the details.

Yeah I am thinking of checking out Agents of SHEILD. I wonder how a TV show will look n what the production quality is, ya know?
There is also the Goldbergs(I think) that takes place in the 80s that I am gonna try.

I haven't heard much on the new TV front. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. looks fun, and I can't wait for Grimm to return. Personally, I've tuned out of most TV since they killed my Stargate shows and Battlestar Galactica. I'm tired of the channels axing shows at the end of their first, or even second season before they can really get the ball rolling. Imagine if Star Trek: The Next Generation had aired in today's slots. It never would have made it past the 1st season, and it didn't truly get awesome until the 3rd.

Some of the shows I think that were awesome and killed too soon: Harry's Law, Terra Nova, Pushing Daisies and Life.

    Arrow Season 2.

I just started watching the show this past Sunday and we are up to episode 14. It isn't the best thing ever, but it is quite enjoyable.

I would say that SHIELD tv show, but it'll be canceled after 7 episodes. Not because it is bad, but because it is Joss Whedon.
Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.

In terms of new, Agents of Shield, Sleepy Hollow, and possibly Dracula.

We've been catching up on Castle, so we'll be adding that to the queue, and continuing with Hawaii Five-0, Arrow, and Supernatural.

Honestly, I don't think there is a network show coming that we're interested in watching. On the other hand there are an absolute ton of fantastic newer cable shows that we can't wait for the 2nd seasons of.

Orange is the New Black, Banshee, Orphan Black, The Americans, Vikings.

I actually haven't seen much about new shows aside from Agents of Shield, which I will give a try. But I am looking forward to the return of: NFL, Arrow, Revolution, Big Bang Theory, Person of Interest, and Vikings.

    Two words: Buffy. Angel.

And I hadn't heard about Dracula; as an old Universal monsters fan, I'll have check it out.

Not to mention Whedon's profile is higher right now than pretty much ever - and the show is a spin off of a ridiculously popular franchise.

The only new show I'll likely watch is Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. I'm also looking forward to the return of The Walking Dead, NFL, and college football.

Dracula looks pretty bad as it seems like they have modernized the entire setting and it is loosely based on the original novel.

I think its kinda steam punk thing, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. But maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, the dresses looked a little more modern from the quick glance I saw. I think dracula took place in 1870 or 1880? Not sure.

I think TV shows have fall victim to our instant gratification world we live in. Lets face it sometimes shows need to find their groove. Charachters that the writers thought were good suck and need to be changed or killed or whatever. I think all shows should be given at least a year to find its groove.

I will say I'm excited that Hell on Wheels is back. LOVE!!!!! And of course Downton abbey is coming back.

Agents of SHEILD would be what I want to see this TV season.

I also want to see that show with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Robin Williams.

Didn't they say they are done following the comic? If so, I see no reason for them to even continue the show.

They only based it off of the comic.
    Daryl, Merel.
    CDC
    Shane's extended stay.
    Sophia becoming a zombie
    Carol is still alive
    Tyresse story line
No relationship between Andrea & Dale
    Lori's death
    Andrea & Michonne's friendship
Most of the Govonors story line
    Andreas death
    Etc., etc.

    Its still a great show!

I do prefer the comic story line but I like the two being similar but seperate...u dont know what to expect...
