WIP pic of a "Classic" in MOTUC Scale

    Hey guys,
It's been a long time since I did a custom. And for me, this has been a long time coming! This is just a preview WIP pic, so please be gentle
But comments and suggestions are more than welcome
UPDATE: HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! I call it the DRAAG-STRIP I have made 2 versions, 1 with removable hand controls and seat belt, and one without the controls or belt. Check out my full album here: http://s424.photobucket.com/user/the...ustom%20Heroes

Thanks guys! Yes, I made a core template out of sheet styrene, but it is about 95% magic-sculpt. But, it will soon be 100% resin

This will definitely be an awesome addition! Road Ripper was my first vehicle as a kid, and--though the belt is long gone--I still have it and it still rips across the floor like it did 20 years ago!

Sweet I have yet to muster up the nerve to try a vehicle yours looks great so far little question do you have something lined up for the wheels? I'm asking because that's what I would find the MOST intimidating about doing any vehicle... cool job so far

Yes both the front and rear wheels are going to be scratch built. I am only sculpting 1 rear wheel, then casting a pair in resin, so they'll be symmetrical. I should have a pic with at least 1 read wheel finished in the next few days, just waiting for more supplies to come in.

This is close to finished, I am working on all the small details and the front end. I did want to get everyone's opinion, should I add a vintage style seatbelt?

Hmm, I dont know. This is pretty impressive so far. I'd say go for it, but only if you think you can pull it out without it looking goofy. That would be a real shame.

Nope it won't look goofy. I will make it so it is totally removable from both sides,so it will have a peg on both sides of the seat. That's the plan anyway....
