Will you purchase a MOTU Giants subscription?

This poll is asking whether you will purchase at least one subscription to Club MOTU Giants. It does not include anyone planning to buy individual figures.

    The club's announcement is here.

    I voted No.

I am tempted to pick these up if the funds are available, but as of right now I don't have the money for these.

Honestly, I wouldn't be able to afford these either way. But, if I were made of money, I'd still probably not go for it due to He-Man's messed up sculpt and paint and Skeletor's messed up paint. You can't botch up the two principal characters so badly and expect people to want to collect them all.

That was what I told the officer when I was arrested. "I'm picking this up for a friend."

It's ok - we will still accept you if you are honest.

Nope, way too expensive for what it is.

I really liked the idea of the giants, also I was totally convinced that I was getting them but... He Mans head sculpt really sucks! Sorry... and I get the idea of releasing Stratos and Beast Man but I rather have other characters like Tri Klops, Trap Jaw, Ram Man and $75 per figure??? No Thanks! Not even Procostus, Tytus and Megator cost that much and they're giants...

The only ones I'm planning on getting are Skeletor and Beastman. If He-Man was done correctly I would have bought him and Stratos too.

Nice idea, but costs are crazy and they aren't particularly well done. My cash is staying with classics

I'm passing on this line completely.

*Poorly sculpted He-Man head and hair.
    *Too expensive.
    *No mini comic.
*Size and position of the packaging's elements do not fit close enough to the vintage packaging.
    *Packaging is not resealable.
*Poor choice of figures considering this is a subscription line.

I probably wouldn't pick these up even at MOTUC prices. The main draw-the size-doesn't appeal to me at all. When you jack up the headsculpt of the main guy? Recipe for an easy pass.

No. I have no interest in them even if they did look better but as it is they look like knock offs. I love my vintage collection from my childhood but I don't want new toys to be of that low quality. Classics is amazing so all my MOTU money and display space go into that.
These are also too expensive for what they are.

A lot of people passing on the 12" sub.

Many people hated Skeletot yet that sold out so it'll be interesting to see how well these sell.

I'm sorry, but $70 to $75 for figures with less articulation than the MOTUC giants, which were $40?!!

That's because there was very little stock of it to begin with.

I'd take a sub for just and .

Mattel really dropped the ball with He-Man. I find it funny the slide says, "A faithful recreation of vintage MOTU 8-back figure in 12" scale!"

No way. Too expensive, and they take up too much space. I'm still working on Classics. That's enough.

I get these being nostalgic novelty...If I weren't collecting Classics, I MIGHT pick up a few, but I still doubt I would. The sculpt and lack of articulation doesn't bother me at the vintage scale, but at this size? Every time I look at them, my first thought is "UGLY".

Seriously. A lower price point MIGHT make me reconsider. Particularly if my nieces and nephews were younger- I'd DEFINITELY buy these as toys for younger kids if they weren't so pricey.
MELIAC in MOTUC! We need a mutant, alien, cyclops, reformed baddie, sheriff in the mix!

No way! I hope they stop this line quick! How can there be a threat to the end of the classics line and then these giants are here wasting matty figure space.lol they are too big too expensive and won't be able to have vehicles are a castle to fit in.
