I love it when I look at art and I feel like I am there taking the picture with a camera. This painting makes me feel that way. I feel the wind blowing, I can hear Zoar screeching in the background, I can smell the moisture in the air from those dark clouds forming above our heroes.

    You are extremely talented!

That is truly amazing. Eternia looks so vast and epic. I love how you can see the Castle in the distant.

Outstanding work!!! Love the castle and Point Dread in the background. I would have preferred to see Teela depicted without the snake armor, but still an amazing job. I do like all of the little details you added to her belt. Very nice of you to dedicate the painting to Earl Norem. He was a huge influence on me as well. I loved his MOTU work and had several of the old posters hanging on my wall when I was little. All in all, a great update to the vintage art.

This is such a wonderful piece of art, and when I look at it I am reminded of the work of the Masters (of painting, not of the universe, LOL).

First of all I think the composition is really nice, because the direction the characters are facing leads the eye to the right. I then see the castle in the distance and some other details such as the clouds and the bird, which points me back to the characters. While I know you did not come up with the original composition as this is a recreation, the modified pose you have for Teela makes it better.

Your use of colour and light is beautiful and really draws out the details you have so carefully placed on the characters' clothing, armour, and accessories. The atmospheric perspective you have adds to the overall separation of the foreground and background elements, and the darkness of the left background grounds helps bring the viewer's attention back to the characters themselves.

    A most impressive painting!
