One of the most interesting aspects of working for Mattel at the time, doing minicomics and other projects, was the need to create designs for new characters and fortresses. Since then, I've been posting many of those designs here and there, but I think it's time to start doing it in an organized way and in the right place.
I think the first designs on which I worked, was HANS HAMMER HOLDER, who initially among various concepts, would be based on a character from the Spring 1985 issue of the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Magazine Create a Character Contest. Later the idea would be discarded, giving way to the final design of the character that appeared in the minicomic #5 included with the Unnamed One figure.
Obviously, one of the main premises to create this new character, was to reuse parts from the Ram Man figure.
