I am wondering if there were any She-Ra comics (outside of the ones that came with the dolls) published at any time? Thank you.

"We must always value life, even the life of one who opposes us." - He-man, The Power of the Evil Horde (Mattel 1985).
"...I believe in the sanctity of all life." - He-man, "The Arena" (Filmation 1984)
There were also a couple of small comic strip stories included in the UK She-ra Annuals 1987 & 1988.

There were also Brazilian comics:
The Brazilian Editora Abril POP comics featured both reprints of UK stories and some all-new original stories written and illustrated specifically for the Editora Abril comics:

In addition, there were Brazilian Estrela minicomics. Some were re-do's of the US minicomics, but a couple of them (Kowl and Catra) were 100% original stories.

You can read info about these stories in specific entries from the Dark Horse Character Guide.
Down the road, I hope to get some of this stuff translated into English, when I have a little more time to spend on it.
PS - I believe there were also She-Ra comics in the Italian Magic Girl magazines, but I've heard rumors that they are reprints. I have been unable to verify this, however.
