Price Inquiry Re: "Mastering The Universe" Book by Roger Sweet & David Wecker

    Hey folks...
I'm going through a bunch of MOTU stuff that I am looking to unload and honestly was pretty shocked seeing some of the asking prices for this book on Amazon.com (upwards of $300-$400?!?!).

Is this book actually this sought after?

It's out of print and hard to get, but I'm skeptical that it actually sells for that much, despite people offering it at such inflated prices for sale.

Gotcha... that makes sense. I was also looking up some of the MVCreations comics from the 200X era on ebay and wondered why a couple of them were at like a $900-something BIN price.

A lot of times Amazon sellers will up their prices to crazy amounts if they have the only copy of a book on the site and then drop it back down when someone else puts a copy on there. The best thing to look for is to check Ebay for completed/ sold listings. I actually didn't find any completed/ sold listings recently although someone has it for sale on there for $100.
I serve up lots of hot, fresh action figure reviews on Action Figure Barbecue!

And here I was thinking I might not even get back what I paid for it at the local used bookstore, ha ha! Thanks for the replies!
