Rest In Paradise Larry. You really were an inspiration to me as a young kid growing up, especially with He-man, She-ra, Beast Wars, all through my adulthood with 200x He-man.

Your post makes him smile in the Heaven where he now surely resides. No finer and more deserved epitaph can any person have.

Hugely sad news; a very talented guy who wrote some of my favourites. I re-watched The Dragon's Gift just the other day and was struck once again by what an excellent episode it was. Rest in peace.

    RIP

    This is very sad!

I had hoped to meet him someday. I really enjoyed his participation in the bonus features on the DVD releases of He-Man and She-Ra. He seemed like a really fun guy.

I met Larry, along with Lou and Erika Schiemer, at Comic-con in 2006. Although the meeting was brief, it was wonderful to meet some of those who created cartoons I shamelessly still enjoy today. Thanks, Larry. You will be missed.

So sorry to hear. Saw him on the bonus disc of the MotU boxed set. He seems like a great guy and someone I’d loved to have ad rink with and listen to talk about the behind the scenes antics of creating some great work. He’ll certainly be missed.

How sad. I’ll never forget Larry’s brilliant work on Granamyr and the genesis of She-Ra. He made excellent writing look easy. RIP

Agreed. Hard to overstate how good that episode is.
