Now I'm finally in correct episode. Worst Orko-dubbing in cartoon ever. Yes, I've only seen the Finnish-dubbed version.
But Evil Orko as an idea works (since his spells usually do more damage than Skeletor and his allies combined!)
Hello my fellow he-friends,
Well I'm behind on my episode review threads. So this week I will post four threads for you guys to post in.![]()
Here we have EP #30 " The Return of Orko's Uncle"
A villian called Azrog is arrested on Trolla by Uncle Montork, but Azrog flees to Eternia where he joins forces with the witch Spydra. Montork follows him, but ends up imprisoned in spydra's castle. When He-man, Battlecat, Teela and Orko go to rescue Montork, Orko falls under Azrog's spell and becomes evil and is set against his friends.
Let hear your reviews my friends.

"She-Ra, Princess of Power was no more. That had been the price of freedom."
wow its one of my faves
i love this ep defenetly one of my faves
i love that we see old egghead(azrog)and we see his witch as well
we learn that
hes basically uncle montorks enemy
escapes being jailed tries to start havoc on eternia
we see heman teela and montork try to recapture azrog
orko mistakingly goes in the castle and gets captured and later becomes evil from a spell
later we see uncle vs nephew
azrog finally gets captured
orko destroys the castle
wonderful looks like heman kissing teela when heman protects her from orko when he destroys the castle
"always believe in yerself"
dont be someone yer not
(something old... something new...)
"The Return of Orko's Uncle"... Nothing much more to say on this one than I did on its prequel.
In fact, I always got these two mixed up.
Orko's Uncle Montork was a good enough character, I suppose, but neither of his episodes ever really grabbed me.
The best bit of the episode is where Orko is turned evil, something that really deserved a stronger showcase than this so-so episode.
Overall, 6 out of 10.

This is the worst episode of all IMO. Basically Douglas booth is still milking "Orko's Favorite uncle" This episode was painful to watch, honestly I felt so bored...
It felt like milking the Orko's uncle premise to me too. As I said in my review, I always get these two episodes mixed up. I'd rate it pretty low (in fact on hindsight, I wish I'd given it a lower rating than I did), although I'd still list the terrible "The Starchild" and, more controversially, "Quest For He-Man", as the two weakest of Season One.Originally Posted by Hun

Not a big fan of the Orko's Uncle episodes personally, but they are fun. The main thing that pulls me down about them is:
1. Neither of them feature Skeletor (though Azrog is pretty cool)
2. Both have pretty similar plotlines
3. I normally don't mind (in fact, I admire) morality in cartoons, but I couldn't take the "Love is more powerful than magic" message both episodes had.
