Does anyone know what TOYZ & GAMEZ are like? Are they a good dealer?

I've had very positive experiences with them. A few Star Wars, and my Grizzlor staction.

My Series 3 Exclusive Micro-Busts came from Forbidden Planet today, so anyone else who order them be on the look out.

Still no sign of teh Hordak I ordered form Play.com in JUNE. I think they'll end up cancelling the order and refunding me, but I hope not.

The micro busts were £24.99 for the set, and the paint apps are a lot better then the previous series.

I also order the SDCC Exclusive Classic colours Evil Lyn from there for only £17.99 which i thought was a great price, but she hasn't come yet.

Needn't bother. I can't even get Wave 3 from them! I had an E-mail back from them late last night saying they haven't had any Wave 3 in yet. They are out aren't they? Thing is, I can't seem to find any available ANYWHERE, not even in the US! Is there anywhere who has them?

LC toys in Portsmouth has them. I dunno if they do mail order but Im pretty sure they have an ebay shop. Can't find it at the moment though. Can try asking them.

Every time my local FP gets them in, the go up in price. Tongur Lashor alone was £18.99!! Which is a bit rediculous I think!

well, they have had them all so far... But Im always concerned that we'll be waiting for the next wave and they just won't appear..

Yep, then as far as I can remember it's almost right next to it. Say, by the looks of the pic it's all undercover now. When I was last there (5 years next Feb) Arundel Street was all out in the open, as was Commercial Road. Don't say it's all undercover now!

Not exactly.. Its just a bit of a rain shelter type thing they did to do up the pedestian zone. They havent turned it into a mall (yet)
Lots going on in the cascades though. There's plans to extend in all directions. The old Tricorn has finally gone and something new is going on that sooner or later.

Yeah, I was going to mention the old Tricorn Centre. Heard it'd gone. Quite a crap old landmark that was! I walked through it many a time on my way from the old Sci-Fi mag shop (I forget its name) on the other side of the big roundabout in order to get to the Cascades shopping centre. Creepy place it was, all abandoned and derelict. Heard it was a breeding ground for druggies and other unmentionables too. <<< Me walking through the Tricorn.

I do miss that place though. The new shop had none of the atmosphere of the old one. Thats gone now aswell, of course...

Ahh, that was it, Mondo's. I used to get all my collectors mags there. Nope, I wouldn't have known it when they were in the Tricorn Centre (sure that place was haunted! ) 'cause I was only living in the area from July 1999 to Feb 2002, which was after they'd moved out to the shop across the roundabout. And yep, I heard they'd gone under too, just like Essential Collectables. Are LC Toys the only place in Portsmouth now even resembling a collectors shop?

I think Justin still has the old Time Frame shop down in Albert road. Called Just Heroes now. I havent been down there for a while, but I'd hope he's still there. That was a fantastic shop.

Didn't EC pack it in because they were kicked out of their big Palmerston Road shop? They were still there when I left.

I remember their big do's in the Pyramids and Fernham Hall. They stopped the Pyramids do's a few months before I left (due to sticky carpets or something???) and had just moved the do from Fernham Hall to just up the road because the hall owners wre getting greedy. Isn't there only one do now in Havant?

The other saturday I went into Home Bargains for the first time in a while and they had 4 Mer-man figures on green cards. Not certain whether they were the final repaints or not as I couldn't remember what the repaint looked like?

Out of interest, how many times was Mer-man released on green cards? Was it twice?

I asked if they had any other figures, but sadly that is all they had.

I can't swear buy it but, Mer-man was released twice on red card and one on green card. Both regular and repaint on red and then the repaint again on green.

I base this only on the fact that I have both red carded Mer-mans and didn't bother with the green as it was the same colour scheme.

Go over to those German sites, they usually know everything.

But I'm pretty confident that I am correct. There was a regular Mer-man on red card, then a repaint Mer-man on red card along with a A Ram-Man repaint on red card.
Then we had the green cards in which the same repaint Mer-man and Ram-Man figures were put in.

Sorry, I didn't realise they did mail order. I thought I had to go there in person in order to buy them, which obviously I can't do. How much are they each?
