This week's awesome new custom is an original character designed by He-Man.Org member Hunter Knight!
"...Gladya was made out of a Battleground Teela base body, and given a sculpted head, ponytail and retooled swords. Her chainmail was sculpted piece by piece by cutting the apoxie in tiny little dots and laying them one at a time until it covered her entire chest. It was time consuming but the results speak for themselves. It was inspired by the method that Karen Palinko used for the DC Direct "Mera", when she sculpted the scales. I always liked Blade in the MOTU movie, and I wanted to further expand the character's story, so I decided to give him a "daughter" of sorts. Her costume obviously had to be influenced by her father's, but it had to have a twist to make it her own. Now I received tons of questions about why she lost the same eye as her father's. Well the answer is simple: she plucked it out herself as a way to honor her father and also to feel the same rage against the Masters of the Universe. When her father disappeared (possibly following Skeletor to the stars), Jitsu completed her training, hence the ponytail."
