Lady Iren, a childhood friend of Adam's, is visiting the palace, much to the excitement of everyone. Orko, however, sees her sharpening a dagger in her room. Still puzzled by what he saw, he entertains the guests at a royal banquet, where he accidentally shatters the King's glass with a high-pitched noise from his flute while attempting to make a plant flower. Irena becomes uncharacteristicly angry and tosses her glass at him. Later, in the corridors of the castle, Orko tells Adam about the knife, and Adam says that she hates weapons and violence. Transforming into He-Man, he and Cringer go to investigate. They find that this Irena is a fake, and the real one is being held prisoner by Mer-Man. Anyhow, He-Man stops her, she turns into a monster, and the bad guys join the party. After a brief fight, the bad guys lose and He-Man goes to rescue Irena. Unfortunately, she's in a giant unbreakable bubble, but Orko shatters it with his flute, saving the day.
