This book is interesting, in that it describes how many, many centuries ago it was the Hall of Wisdom, the beautiful center of all Eternian culture and a storehouse of all knowledge in the universe. Within its walls met the Council of Elders. One day, however, a woman in snake armor and carrying a snake staff warned the council they were in danger. She fortold the day that an evil being by the name of Skeletor would try to gain control of the planet. She went on to say that, however, that there was hope, for a hero would arise, being so strong and powerful that no force could overcome him. His name, she explained, was He-Man. The Council of Elders decided that in order to help this future guardian, they would transform the hall into a hideous castle, intended to ward off would-be intruders. They also condensed all their magic and power into the Orb, and whoever controlled it would have the power to control the universe. Centuries later, Man-At-Arms leads Adam to Grayskull to face his future...
